  1. I need to basically know what I can and can’t eat…without following a recipe. I also don’t do well with meal preps. I have to cook a meal and left overs can be eaten the next day. However, the way you’ve displayed everything looks bountiful!

  3. I can’t do cottage cheese all these diets has cottage cheese only way it would help me lose weight is to eat it and immediately barf

  4. I’ve been doing between the 1200-1500 calorie diet and I went over three times with the 1500 calories and my mother says its okay

  5. I’ve been doing 1400-1500 calories for over a month and a half. Every weekend though, I will go over to around 1800-2000 because I’ll eat out with my boyfriend. I havent found a hindrance or issue since I workout 5 to 6 times a week and jump back on the diet.

  6. I did this and lost 30 Ibs but it hasn’t been working anymore as my temptations have been pushing past 1500 to 2000 which is enough to maintain weight only NOT lose weight

  10. NEVER EAT ROASTED NUTS WTF!!!!!!! only raw and soaked nuts. and even then try to buy nuts in their shell and crack them yourself so the oil is not rancid.

  11. For all you woman out there who complain you just can’t lose weight. It’s simple eat minimum 93% lean ground beef rice and eggs boom you lose weight fast no need for veggies or fruit trust me I’m a male body builder there’s nothing more solid than that

  13. I lost over 20lbs in two months. Just visit a website called *Agoge Diet*, choose the foods you like and they will provide you with 30-DAY diet plan and training plan. Finally I got my six pack 😀

  14. I thought the point of meal prep was not to have to cook it on the day you need it. That salad will maybe last half a day in the fridge before wiltering. I am so confused. Also, this is all you would eat for a month?! How can you have so few variety?
