  1. Nice little stretch. I started setting a timer to stretch every 2 hours at work. Sitting all day for 30+ years is killing my back.

  2. My therapist it’s been insisting I do at least 10 to 15 minutes of stretching or exercising and I’m surprised I actually feel better lol thank you
