Thanks for sharing! But this video is incomplete. Seed cycling is Day 1 To Day 14 – Pumpkin and Flax Seeds. 1tsp each. From day 15 to the remaining days of cycle, Sesame seeds & Sunflower seeds. Make sure these seeds are roasted & unsalted. For convenience, grind it and then consume it.

Hi I have a question. I have PCOS and when I start seed cycling from first day of period, after 2 weeks (when I am done with pumpkin seed and flaxseed ) I get my period . I tried this 3 times but 3 times this has happened. Does anyone know what it means ?
