  1. Hey you should try bison it’s one of the best meats for you especially when building muscle although it is pretty expensive

  2. Don’t buy the rice he showed you, it’s enriched, and enriched food is bad for you, but jasmine rice or make sure it doesn’t say enriched

  9. Honestly at this point if you can’t figure this out you deserve to starve if you don’t have 2 brain cells to see easy solutions yourself. Quit consuming videos and learn something practical and open your eyes to your surroundings and stop being a coddled child by the internet

  10. Genuine question. I love this video but I’m having a hard time understanding how he got to 54g protein. I did the calculation. There are about 25g of protein in 4oz of chicken. there are 16oz in a pound. So that’s 100g protein per pound of chicken. 3.3 * 100 = 330g protein. Divide that by 10 and you get only 33g of protein. There’s just not 21g of protein in the rice, veggies, and sauce. Please help me understand. Noel, you are still amazing either way. I love your videos.

  11. you forgot to add electric/gas bill, packaging, time and effort, also the clean-up afterward. i would say all that worth at least $60 if not more

  12. i literally just bought 4 small bags of rice in a cardboard box and they were 4x125gr, costed me about 4 euros πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ rice is starting to be expensive
