  6. Guys‼️ I tried using this method and *IT ACTUALLY WORKS!*
    I also recommend writing down a table of which percentages you completed or a reminder to change your time limit
    My progress is from 47 hrs 4 mins of Youtube a week, to 32 hrs 19 min last week! I mean, it’s still a big progress! I already set my time limit to 50% than my original time

  7. I started to limit my screen time on the night of PI day and I did that because I don’t want to be too addicted to my phone.

  8. Uninstalling some of the apps could also help a ton. I unintalled TikTok a year ago, and it saved me 20 hours a week, no joke.

  9. Its my case too , but my friends doesn’t dare to point it out because they are addicted 2x than me 😅😂
