  2. I’ve been suffering with acne since 5 years. I tried everything and in the process i was put under antibiotics for over 4 to 5 times in the last 5 yrs. My bowel movements also completely impaired and i learned about this gut biome recently and started taking pre and probiotic supplements along with omega 3 and boom 💥
    Its been 3 months and my acne is completely gone and my bowel issues also gone. I wish I knew this earlier 😢

  7. Wow! Awesome and informative. I fit quite a few that you mentioned. I took probiotics for about a year just because I heard they were good. I stopped taking them during pregnancy and I recently started taking them again. I wasn’t exactly sure what they do though. Thanks!

  14. The problem is modern medicine. They do not usually prescribe these supplements. Our health care system is a joke. Insurances promote otherwise.

  15. I eat greek yogurt with cultures daily. I hope it will reduce chances of me being afflicted by any illness.

  16. If you have histamine issues get a probiotic specifically that are low histamine or you could feel awful. I couldn’t take any while I had sibo.

Probiotics, digestive enzymes, and fasting programs are things that can be achieved much more affordably and naturally through diet and lifestyle changes. Instead of offering real value, you’re preying on people’s insecurities and health struggles for profit. There are plenty of healthier, evidence-backed alternatives to what you’re selling. It’s disappointing to see someone take advantage of their audience like this.
