  1. And how about if we just take only one kind of vitamin that include all those thing? Multivitamin for women and omega 3 is it that important?

  2. A healthy diet, fruit, not to much sug ar, keep away from alcohol at least don’t drink too much, common sense, milk for bones nails, just be cool
