I hope that’s not your setup at work. Hard to look down all day. Lift your monitor up if you can do it’s at eye level and then use separate keyboard and mouse.

men it’s not like it looks like… i’m a man I think… do 20 of each of those rhonda legs to the side thing and you feel the burn. also 40 legs up and you feel the burn… god dam

Due to all the many hard flat surfaces in the filming location the audio is a little ‘sharp’, or I guess you could say it feels extra loud. HOWEVER there is good info in here. I’m glad I watched. I would recommend people with auditory sensitivities watch with the sound off and the CC on. They seem to be pretty accurate.

I just love your channel! I can’t believe you don’t have more subscribers!!! I am very over weight and then gained 30 pounds since the beginning of covid since my lifestyle drastically changed. I’m working back in an office setting now and thankfully my department provided a standing desk, so I’m going to try to do these moves throughout the day! I just love the positive energy you have.
